Delete your account
You can delete your Dica account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete from the app
Open Dica, go to the Profile tab, find the "Account" section and tap "Delete my account". Confirm to permanently erase your account and data.
Already removed the app?
If you no longer have Dica installed, email hello@usedica.com from the address linked to your account. We will delete your account and data within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your profile, learning progress (vocabulary, grammar, streak, level), preferences and any feedback you submitted are permanently erased.
Some records may be kept where the law requires it, for example billing records related to a purchase.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Manage or cancel it from your App Store or Google Play account settings.
